Cancellation & Withdrawal

Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.

In the event of a cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, we will retain the paid deposit (20%) as a cancellation fee.

Short-notice cancellations within 14 days of the planned arrival date, 80% of the total price will be charged.

Early departure during the stay: In the event of an interruption of the stay or an early departure after check-in has taken place, a refund is excluded (100% cancellation fee for the unused nights).



If the deposit or remaining balance is not paid in due time, the host reserves the right to withdraw from the contract and cancel the booking after an unsuccessful reminder.
