General Terms and Conditions (GTC) & Booking Conditions

1. Conclusion of Contract & Payment

The rental contract for the holiday accommodation becomes effective upon transmission of the booking confirmation by the host. Upon receipt of the confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the total price is due and must be paid within 7 business days via bank transfer (IBAN). The remaining balance (80%) must be received in our account no later than 10 business days before the arrival date. For short-notice bookings, the total amount is due immediately.

2. Cancellation & Withdrawal

Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. In the event of a cancellation within 30 days of arrival, we will retain the paid deposit (20%) as a cancellation fee. If the deposit or remaining balance is not paid in due time, the host reserves the right to withdraw from the contract and cancel the booking after an unsuccessful reminder.

3. Use of the Property & Liability

The property may only be occupied by the persons registered in the booking. The renter agrees to treat the rental property and its inventory with care. Any damage caused during the stay must be reported to the host immediately. The renter is fully liable for all damages caused by them or their fellow travelers. Smoking inside the house, parties, and pets are strictly prohibited.
