General Terms and Conditions (GTC) & Booking Conditions

1. Conclusion of Contract & Payment

The rental contract for the holiday accommodation becomes effective upon transmission of the booking confirmation by the host. Upon receipt of the confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the total price is due and must be paid within 7 business days via bank transfer (IBAN). The remaining balance (80%) must be received in our account no later than 30 days before the arrival date. For short-notice bookings, the total amount is due immediately.

2. Cancellation & Withdrawal

Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. In the event of a cancellation up to 14  days before arrival, we will retain the paid deposit (20%) as a cancellation fee. Short-notice cancellations within 14 days of the planned arrival date, 80% of the total price will be charged. Early departure during the stay: In the event of an interruption of the stay or an early departure after check-in has taken place, a refund is excluded (100% cancellation fee for the unused nights).

If the deposit or remaining balance is not paid in due time, the host reserves the right to withdraw from the contract and cancel the booking after an unsuccessful reminder.

3. Use of the Property & Liability

The property may only be occupied by the persons registered in the booking. The renter agrees to treat the rental property and its inventory with care. Any damage caused during the stay must be reported to the host immediately. The renter is fully liable for all damages caused by them or their fellow travelers. Smoking inside the house, parties, and pets are strictly prohibited.

4. Children Policy: Children under 3 years of age stay free of charge. They do not need to be entered in the "Children" field during the accommodation search on the website, but must be registered by name in the subsequent check-in form for regulatory purposes. For children aged 3 and older, the regular child surcharge per night applies and they must be included in the "Children" field at the time of booking.
